Kajabi Sessions Dubai 2025 | More Than You Ever Wanted to Know :)

Have you heard about Kajabi Sessions Dubai? No?? See? That's exactly why I'm writing this post: Because people often tell me they don't hear about Kajabi's events. Well, this one is coming up soon and I don't hear many people talking about it. So I thought I'd write and curate a post all about Kajabi Sessions Dubai.

The last time Kajabi had a special in-person event like this - in Australia last August - I and others pointed out slash complained that they didn't give much advanced notice.

The news was released only a month beforehand, which makes it difficult for many people to attend.

I know Kajabi doesn't do it on purpose. But the reality is, the sooner we can know of at least the date and city of an upcoming event, the more likely we are to attend. Just think of all the things we have to schedule: childcare, pet and housesitting, our workload, flight, hotel, and more.

For the Dubai event - unless you REALLY had your ears perked up like I did - we weren't officially told until ... just over a month in advance, again.

An improvement I did notice though was that once the event was announced, Kajabi was VERY communicative about it. It's probably for sure overkill but the format of this post will be all the ways Kajabi made sure we knew the WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE of the Dubai event 😆 

Why am I providing a detailed rundown of Kajabi Sessions Dubai?

1. I hear so many people complain that they don't know about all the cool things Kajabi does. I'm on a mission to solve that (not just this post or blog but I have something special in the works too!)

2. I want to give props to Kajabi for being so communicative once the date was announced.

3. I love providing the A to Z on Kajabi events. When I'm AT the events, people come up and tell me how grateful they are for my posts, that I gather, organize, and present the information in a way that's super helpful to them.

Are these posts great for my SEO? Not really. But do they help actual people and is that why I'm here? YES!!

Before I get too far in explaining what the Dubai conference is about, I figured I should explain what Kajabi is for anyone who's not familiar. It's the all-in-one digital platform I've used to run my entire online business since 2016.

Kajabi Sessions Dubai - October/November 2024 - Just an inkling ...

Soon after Kajabi Sessions Australia ended (Aug 29-30, 2024), a Kajabi employee was seen to say, "These events are so fun that we may start doing them on a regular basis...stay tuned!" 

True to their word, they're doing another "Kajabi Sessions" event.

This time it's in .... DUBAI!!!

From October 24-26, 2024, I was in Los Angeles at Kajabi Hero Live 2024. It was this whole amazing experience I'll tell you more about whenever I have time to write my epic blog post about it.

But in the meantime, you can see what I'm referring to by reading my KHL 2024 blog post series 🤓

While I was at the conference, I heard a few more rumblings that there would be another Kajabi Sessions soon. From various conversations, I put 2+2 together and came up with Dubai! ha

I didn't know of anything for sure but that inkling was backed up in November 2024 when a Kajabi employee asked in a small group I'm in if any of us were located in Dubai. Now, thatcertainly could've pertained to something else. But when the city matched up with where I thought the next Sessions would be, I continued to assume it would be held in Dubai.

Then on November 28, a friend said she got an email from Kajabi with the dates but not much else. I didn't get the first email until December 5. So I don't know if I'm on their naughty list for some reason? But, yeah, if you got or knew someone who got the Nov. 28th email, you got a bigger heads-up than most of us.

Around then, the 'civilian' (aka Kajabi user not Kajabi employee) who was arranging the event (Jen; you'll meet her below) said that the final program, speakers, and booking would be announced soon.

*This was all in Kajabi's private Facebook group for its users. That's why I don't share direct quotes or screenshots (unless they've been posted publicly elsewhere). "What happens in the group stays in the group" and I respect that rule.

Kajabi Sessions Dubai - December 2004 - It's Official!

On December 5, 2024, all Kajabians got an email called "Connect, learn & grow: Your invitation to Kajabi Sessions Dubai!" which is the earliest I can find by way of official announcement across all Kajabi's channels. (Curiously, I found zero news about the Dubai event on either Twitter/X or Instagram. Weird).

Fun! I know all 4 of these fine people: I've known Kimi Brown (the quote) and Ant Hodges for years online, finally got to meet them in person at successive KHLs.
Ahad Khan is the CEO of Kajabi, have met him at the last 2 KHLs and got to attend a dinner he hosted in Austin. And Jen Blandos I've only met briefly but she's the host of the Dubai event; she runs her Kajabi business there.

On December 12, Kajabi Tia posted this in the private group:

So each time, we're learning more and more about what's gonna go down at Kajabi Sessions Dubai - and getting progressively jealous of all their employees who get a paid trip to Dubai!! I want to be Vinay Mysoor, Allie Fernando, or Ahad Khan ... they attended Kajabi Sessions Australia and are on the list to attend Dubai as well! Good on them 🙌🏼

On December 13, 2024, the event became "Facebook official" lol as this graphic appeared in header of the private Facebook group. In the details of the post, we learned even MORE about the Dubai event such as specific sessions and their times.

So there you have it: All the info sent out by Kajabi re: Sessions in Dubai ... phew! I think they did a great job of spacing/timing, graphics, what to share when, etc. Even if you have no interest in the event, I think we can all learn something as marketers by studying their process here - bravo!

Important: Kajabi Sessions T&Cs and the Code of Conduct for Dubai

It may seem silly to read things like these and who has the time anyway? But I always find it enlightening when I make time to give even a quick skim to these legal agreements we all make without thinking. During the purchase process for Kajabi Sessions Dubai, you tick 2 boxes that you agree to these terms.

The Kajabi Sessions T&Cs link went to a Google Doc that required a request for access. I requested but wasn't approved "to edit" which I wasn't applying for, lol. I just wanted to view it.  Anyone who's contemplating attending - BEFORE purchase - should be able to see what the terms are. Huh. Probably just an error/oversight from the Kajabi side. But if I were actually going to Kajabi Sessions Dubai, I'd insist on a copy of this document.

Here's a link to the Code of Conduct. It's mostly stuff to be expected at an event but definitely read the section, "PROHIBITION OF USE OF EVENT CONTENT". Very important stuff in there. For instance, did you know you're allowed to record only 1-minute segments of anything?

Okay, so now that I've totally bombarded you with information as it was chronologically released for Kajabi Sessions Dubai, how about I summarize it into a pretty, easy-to-read package, eh?

This is NOT a drill nor is it an online event! It's an honest-to-goodness, in-person event in Dubai.

Up to 75 "Kajabi Heroes" (i.e., Kajabi customers) will meet up, learn from speakers and trainers, meet the company CEO, network, and hang out with their fellow Heroes before and after the event.

When is "Kajabi Sessions Dubai"?

January 8 and 9, 2025 - although there may be informal/optional events to attend before and after the official event dates.

It takes place at the Grosvenor House Dubai Hotel. I don't know if that's where attendees are mostly staying, whether there was a room block or discount, etc. In alllll these emails and posts I read about the event, it was never discussed. 

 

How To Stay in the Know About Upcoming Kajabi Sessions Events & Kajabi Conferences

As Kajabi has said, there's no master calendar of their events. We just need to keep our eyes peeled for announcements.

My advice: Follow Kajabi on all their social media channels, and opt-in to their mailing list. That's where I learn about everything they have going on. If you do those 2 things, there's no way you can miss any news!

Wish I could make it to Dubai but it's not in the cards for me as I have SO much work to do, including writing this mega post! But I have 1 possibly 2 Kajabi-related trips planned later in 2025 and I cannot wait! If you go to Dubai, I'd love to hear about it afterward!
