Kajabi Hero Live 2024: Speakers, Schedule, and More (Update #1)

"What's Kajabi Hero Live?" you ask? Well, I think Kajabi themselves can say it best:

TL;DR Kajabi Hero Live is a large in-person conference periodically put on by the all-in-one software Kajabi (try it here for free).The event brings together Kajabi customers from all over the world to learn, grow, and network.

And because I'm a Kajabi power-user and huge advocate of the platform since 2016, I'm here to tell you about it! Maybe you want to go?

All that said, there's no point in talking about Kajabi Hero Live, Los Angeles if you can't attend it, right? And only current Heroes (aka customers) are invited.

How to Attend Kajabi Hero Live 2024 if You're Not a Current Customer

If you're not yet a customer, here are 2 of the reasons that might be: Either you don't know enough about Kajabi and what it can do for your business (and your life!). Or maybe you feel like the price is a bit out of reach.

There's a bunch of information in that first post 👆🏼 and also an explanation of what Kajabi is (if you're not familiar). So that's where I would start. Then read the updates in the order posted.

IT'S GETTING EXCITING!!!

When I wrote my first post on KHL '24, the only things I had to go off of were Kajabi's social media posts, emails, and their page to get on the waiting list.

Well, since then, they released their full-on info page at Kajabi.com/khl !!!

So now we can learn not only the What, Where, and When but also the WHO!! Like who some of the speakers will be ... and other crucial things like if there's a hotel room block at the conference site.

Also, because I love you with all my Kajabi-blue 💙, I've also tracked down for you ... the preliminary schedule of events. YEAH, baby!!

Along with some other things we need to know to book our trip and get ready for Kajabi Hero Live 2024.

Because we're going, right?? RIGHT.

Kajabi Hero Live 2024: A Preliminary Schedule

Kajabi Hero Live events are similar to other large conferences. With large-scale events like this, you start with the minimum of details as things get finalized - usually starting with dates and venue, then hotel room block, speakers, meals, etc. 

As of my last post, we were in our "Waiting List Era" so nothing logistics-wise had been revealed other than the start/end dates (October 24-26, 2024) and the venue (Fairmont Century City in Los Angeles). 

Kajabi: We'll share specific event times and the full agenda closer to the date.

Now, with the release of the sales page, I found a bit more info to share with you. 

For the agenda, basically "stay tuned; we're finalizing it" and while no schedule was given, from the 2 pricing tiers, I could piece together at least these basics:

Thu 10-24:   VIP-only sessions (half-day); welcome party in evening

Fri 10-25:   Keynote speeches, workshops, panel discussions, and exciting product announcements

Sat 10-26:   Keynote speeches, workshops, panel discussions, and a special awards ceremony

 
But I know it can be hard as attendees to make travel plans without knowing things like what specific times the first and last events happen, etc. So keep reading to the bottom and you'll see where I was able to track down even specific information for you on the timeline of Kajabi Hero Live - Los Angeles!

Kajabi Hero Live LA - The Difference Between General Admission vs VIP

I'm sure you're wondering whether you should pay more for a VIP ticket to Kajabi Hero Live ...

So what extra things do you get if you buy a VIP ticket to Kajabi's conference? HERE YOU GO:

General Admission

• Access to the event & all sessions
• Opening Night Networking party

VIP

• All that’s included in GA
• Half day of VIP-only content
• Front-row reserved seating
• VIP lunches each day (paid for by Kajabi) with access to Q&As with keynotes
• VIP swag / gift bag

VIP Speakers - Last year, the lunchtime presentations for VIPs were given by Brendon Burchard and Ali Abdaal, who I thought were both amazing!

There's no way to know for sure on the speakers so you just have to take the leap I guess! 

Either way, Kajabi Hero Live is jam-packed with goodness for learning about online business and personal growth! But in case you were trying to decide between the regular and VIP ticket, I wanted to outline the specific differences.

If you can swing the VIP, I'd definitely go for it! The first year, at Kajabi Impact Summit, I didn't go VIP and have always regretted it. I'm pretty sure those tickets are more limited as well so if you might go VIP, I'd plan to purchase pretty soon.

Speaking of purchasing your ticket ... just make sure to check out their refund policy before you do. Personal and business urgencies/emergencies can surely come up so I want your eyes wide open on refunds, kay?

Kajabi Hero Live 2024: Information Released on Some of the Speakers

Since my first post re: Kajabi Hero Live 2024, only the Wait List page was available. So I had no idea who the speakers could potentially be.

But now we know ... at least some of them! Who will be giving Keynote Addresses? Speaking on Panels? Hosting the Awards Ceremony? Or holding Workshops?

Will Kenny and JCron Join Us Again!

Kenny Reuter and Jonathan "JCron" Cronstedt are former Kajabi leaders who are now on the board, so unfortunately, we don't get to hear from them hardly ever anymore (boo hoo 😭).

It was really nice when they appeared together at the last Kajabi Hero Live in Austin. No mention of them so far this time - but I really hope they're at KHL Los Angeles!
